Response codes — All responses use HTTP 200 / 201 / 204. Error details (400, 404, 416…) are embedded in the JSON body under an error object. Two exceptions: POST /api/v3/tx returns actual HTTP 500 (invalid_asset) and HTTP 400 (missing required field).
